Designers have developed modules that significantly improve the performance of power units. For example, D-Tronik 5 V1, designed for a 3.0-liter diesel. The M550d xDrive with this module easily gives out 460 horsepower. Speaking of the 540d, the installation of D-Tronik 5 V1 boosts its output to 380 "horses". Also there is a version of Bi-Tronik 5 V1, designed for a gasoline engine. With it, the 540i has the potential of 400 hp. and 540 Nm of torque.
Of course, these improvements are not free. The cost of the module from G-Power is 2 318 euros. By the way, the installation of these modules has traditionally not violated the warranty on the engines, which gives the Bavarian automaker.
Of course, G-Power employees in their work could not be limited to the technical improvements of the BMW 5 Series. The car received exclusive wheels Hurricane RR, which became a kind of visiting card of tuning projects G-Power. Buyers are available 20-inch wheels for 6,680 euros and 21-inch for 7,647 euros.
