Conor Auld, the owner of this E34-gen BMW 525i, had once driven this every day, but turned it into a garage queen after tuning it, preferring a compact Suzuki Ignis over it. Looking at the results of the tuning, one has to wonder why.

British customizer Optimus Trimmers gave the 5 Series a full interior overhaul dominated by leather and tweed upholstery. Cobra bucket seats replaced OEM ones, and non-stock parts also include the gear lever, the steering wheel, and a car radiophone.
The engine was left close to its original condition, but the exhaust manifold and some other components are new and lighter than stock, suggesting that the car could have been envisioned as a track day tool once.
