BMW is preparing the traditional M Performance package for the new 5-Series. It still hasn’t been announced, but photos of a modified sedan leaked online earlier this week – an electric i5 M60 xDrive, Carscoops believes.
The images reveal a modified front splitter, a new radiator grille and different side sill extensions, among other things. Detailed rear end shots have yet to be made, but a spoiler and a diffuser are high on our list of expectations.
Note also the thin black stripes running along the shoulder line, the new wheels with an unusual pattern and what appears to be performance brakes.
In all likelihood, both the ICE-powered BMW 5-Series M Performance and its EV counterpart will debut a matter of days.
