Another instalment in the Mission: Impossible series comes out later this month. To celebrate, BMW has built a special edition of its 5 Series sedan model. The car will only be sold in Japan.
The vehicle is called “BMW 5 Series Edition Mission: Impossible” and comes with its body, wheels and the radiator grille all lacquered black.
The dark theme carries over into the interior as well. The seats are draped in black leather, while the center tunnel and the dashboard are glossy black. The door sills bear steel plaques with the special edition name etched on it. Among other things, there is an advanced audio system which consists of as many as 16 speakers.
Two modifications of the 5 Series MiB will be made available, Standard and M5. The latter will be painted grey (with the side mirrors and the radiator grille still black) and feature a sport exhaust system along with designer-made wheels.
