H&R has released adjustable suspension springs (coilovers) for the BMW 6 Grand Coupé. To install these, you don’t need to replace the factory shock absorbers. Once upgraded, the suspension becomes more responsive and increases travel.
The H&R coilovers can be used to lower the four-door sedan 45 mm (1.75”) in front and 40 mm (1.56”) in the back, thus enabling the wheels to fit perfectly in the wheel arches. Another advantage comes in the form of improved steering ease and less rolling when entering turns.
The spring set costs €803 in Europe. Additionally available are wheel spacers (€44 and above).
