BMW to release special edition 7 Series limited to 150 cars

As you probably remember, BMW has recently debuted its facelifted 7 Series with 40% larger, nostril-shaped air intakes. Today, the company has announced a special series of the pre-facelift version of the car, called the Black Fire Edition.

The manufacturer promises to keep the batch to 150 units and sell it in exclusively China.

Tech-wise, each BMW 7 Black Fire Edition will correspond to the 740Li xDrive trim and ship with a 326-hp (243-kW) engine on board. Compared to the standard 7 Series, the limited edition will feature a matte Frosty Black paintjob, 20-inch wheels with a dual-tone finish, blue brake supports, and logos hinting at its exclusivity.

As for the standard equipment and options, the German car manufacturer promises fine leather upholstery, a HUD screen, 360-degree view cameras, parking assistance, a hi-end audio system, and more.

The pricing and availability of the BMW 7 Black Fire Edition remain undisclosed.
