Tire manufacturer Pirellu has designed a new tire set specifically for the latest BMW M8, based on its popular P Zero model.
The Italian company said it chose the P Zero slicks because they reflected the ‘perfect fit’ philosophy and unlocked the true M8 driving feel.
The tires, which have been homologated by BMW, sport special sidewall markers testifying about improved traction on dry and wet surfaces. The new rubber is also said to enhance the overall handling of the sports car while minimizing noise levels. The front tire duo is 275/35 ZR20 and symmetrical, whereas the rear duo is 285/35 ZR20 asymmetrical.
