could not resist the mass enthusiasm, giving the title to its electric car i3.
The official appearance of the renewed electric car BMW i3 is scheduled to be
held at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
According to the company, along with restyling, the
model has a "sports" version. Its difference is mainly concentrated
on the power unit and suspension. The sporty i3s received a synchronous
electric motor with a power of 185 hp, with 270 N/m of torque. Acceleration
from the place to 100 km/h takes 6.9 seconds, and the maximum speed is 160
km/h. In terms of driving performance, the sports version of the car received
an extended rear track and a lower ground clearance.
In addition, the BMW i3s version has acquired a
modernized stabilization system.
Both versions of the BMW i3 are equipped with a 94-amp
set of lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of more than 33 kWh. The maximum
length of the trip remained unchanged - 300 kilometers. But if necessary,
increase the power reserve is offered at the expense of a two-cylinder gasoline
engine, which is also used as a recharging battery.
There are minimal Changes in the appearance of the
electric car. The BMW i3 received a modified front and rear bumper, as well as
upgraded rear lights. LED headlamps are included in the standard equipment of
the model.
If necessary, the buyer can also order an additional multimedia complex with a 10.3-inch touchscreen display, a new charging system from the household power grid, which can be connected to a 120-volt and 240-volt outlet.
