BMW seems to have decided not to differentiate the design of most of its EVs from their ICE counterparts. On the one hand, it means the conservative-minded drivers can commit to an EV transition easier. On the one hand, chances are you want your battery ride to stand out more against the crowd. If so, check out this i4 body kit by 3D Design.
The package consists of top-quality carbon-fiber parts with a gloss finish and arguably looks great on the eco-friendly coupe. On the other hand, the tuner makes no claim to its aerodynamic efficiency, marketing it as more of a styling option than anything else. Included in the set are a front splitter, a diffuser-shaped rear bumper trim, side sill extensions and a modest-sized trunk lid spoiler.
The interior makes do with branded floor mats and an aluminum pedal set. The company offers a metal gear lever for the standard 4-Series, but the i4 understandably has none.
All prices are pending, but 3D Design is already taking orders.
