BMW has introduced the i7 M70 (see video) at the Shanghai Expo earlier this week. The car joined the i4 M50 and the iX M60 in the list of BMWs gone full-on electric. Soon enough, the company will also present the i5 M60, which has recently been photographed from up close.
The shots were made in Munich, Germany. The prototype continued to wear camo, and the cameras trained at the car let us deduce that the teaser campaign is still not over. The sporty electric saloon stood on a platform in what appears to be its final production bodywork, headlights and taillights.
The few exposed body bits reveal a matte finish, and there is no missing the signature M brakes with blue calipers and the company’s trademark side mirrors. Continental tires leave no doubt that the car is an M60.
