BMW has shot yet another dark photo of its upcoming all-electric saloon, the i7. The eco-friendly flagship will be fully revealed next Wednesday, April 20.
The photo reveals a faux front grille with a backlit contour and vertical bars. The slim DRLs at the sides are also lit up, suggesting that the next-gen 7-Series – both the ICE car and the EV – will ship with trendy two-tier headlights, like the facelifted X7.
From the technical point of view, however, the i7 will be closest to the iX SUV. It is official that it will ship with 523 PS (516 hp / 385 kW) under the hood, but other options are highly likely, too. The iX gets between 425 and 630 kilometers (264 – 391 miles) of range from its battery packs, but the i7 may wind up with a larger pack than that.
