Japanese tuner unveils new BMW i8 body kit

Japanese car tuner Liberty Walk has released 3D images showing a new widebody kit for the BMW i8. Interestingly, the kit will celebrate its live premiere at the SEMA show in Las-Vegas starting in a week.

Based on the images provided, the BMW i8 is going to get massive fender flares with exposed fastening bolts (Liberty Walk’s trademark feature), voluminous aprons in front and in the back and large aerodynamic add-ons. Buyers will be able to select between two rear wing designs: standard and ducktail.

The virtual BMW i8 also has extremely low ride height (has to be air suspension) and a set of 21-inch wheels with black finish.
