Liberty Walk releases several BMW i8 body kits

It doesn’t take much to identify a Liberty Walk body kit. Grotesque fender flares and exposed fastening bolts are pretty much their trademarks. These kits look perfect on some cars, but don’t work at all on others. Which one do you think is the case of this BMW i8?

The atelier has recently issued as many as four body kits for the Bavaria-made sports car, including two “widebody” ones. The Version 1 kit included a front splitter, a rear diffusor, fender flares, new side skirts and a rear wing. It is available in FRP and CFRP; prices will be available soon.

The Version 2 kit contains the same assortment of parts, but has a different overall design. The FRP variant costs U.S. $13,190, while a CFRP one can be purchased for $16,970.

Additionally available are custom wheel sets and an air suspension kit ($7,900). Liberty Walk has no engine mods to offer this time around.
