BMW had to wrap up the production of its futuristic-looking roadster hybrid – the i8 – due to the high price and low power numbers. Even so, the exotic car has its steady following of fans, and we suspect this modified example will find a new owner soon despite the forbidding price tag.
Creative Bespoke carried out the tuning this time around, landing the roadster with a gloss-black aerodynamic kit consisting of a front spoiler lip, side skirts, canards, a diffuser and a rear wing. OEM wheels made room for 22-inch forged rims finished in Satin Bronze, and shortened H&R springs replaced the stock ones.
Rounding off the list of modifications are a Frequency Intelligent Exhaust and a tune for the gasoline three-pot. The car has 17,675 kilometers (10,983 miles) under its belt and comes in at U.S. $140,000, making it nearly $20,000 less expensive than it was new despite having what Creative Bespoke claims to be roughly $50,000 in mods.
