AC Schnitzer unveils new BMW i8 Roadster body kit

German tuning shop AC Schnitzer has developed a body kit for the BMW i8 Roadster. The firm introduced a similar kit for the BMW i8 hybrid at the Geneva International Motor Show in 2017.

The kit includes a front spoiler, a rear wing, door handles, air vents, and side mirror holders – all of the above manufactured from carbon fiber.

AC Schnitzer has also decorated the vehicle with a new radiator grille, dual-color 21” forged wheels, and company logos enlarged to 16 cm (6”). The suspension has been lowered by 20 mm (0.78”) thanks to new springs.

There isn’t much novelty to be found inside, though. There are Schnitzer mats, aluminum pedal pads and a multimedia dial made of the same metal – and that would be all.

The tuner has never mentioned the price of the complete upgrade kit.
