BMW has come to the 24 Hours of Daytona with its M2 CS Racing sports car, which it will begin testing soon.
The performance-oriented coupe comes powered by an enhanced version of the company’s V6 3.0 TwinPower Turbo engine, which produces between 280 and 365 hp (209 – 272 kW, easily adjustable based on the particular racing regulations). A seven-speed dual-clutch transmission sends the momentum to the wheels.
The manufacturer says that the new M2 CS Racing comes as the successor to the BMW M235i Racing and M240i Racing, and should bring the company many glorious victories.
