Two tuners have joined efforts to turn this unique BMW M2 Competition into the ultimate Nürburgring racer. The car remains street-legal and shines the brightest on German speedways.
There isn’t much body kit going on, but what is present is designed to be as practical as possible. There is a massive rear wing, a bulky rear diffuser and a front spoiler. Opening the door reveals a stiff roll cage, two carbon fiber seats (the rear row is no longer there), track-friendly safety belts with pre-tensioners, and a bare minimum of carbon trim details. Even the door handles are out, replaced with minimalistic cloth loops.
Powering the badass track tool is its native inline-six mill boosted to 500 PS (493 hp / 368 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. An Akrapovic exhaust system culminates in a quartet of carbon-fiber tips.
In the video, the M2 manages to accelerate from 100 to 200 km/h (62 – 124 mph) in mere 7.6 seconds and nearly hit 300 km/h (186 mph).
