BMW F31 gets converted into an M3

Rumors persist that BMW might be re-releasing the long-anticipated M3 Touring model after over 30 years of its absence from the market. The car will allegedly be based on the current BMW G21. If these rumors prove to be true, the car will provide worthy competition to the Audi RS4 Avant and the Mercedes-AMG C63.

But what should you do if you don’t feel like waiting? That’s right: save up some money and visit a tuner for a custom job. This is exactly what the owner of this BMW 320d F31 did, by the way.

The car received the full M Sport package, a set of 20-inch ZP.06 wheels and a KW Variant 1 suspension kit. The team wrapped its body in dark-grey vinyl film, tinted the windows and added carbon-fiber decals for an authentic M3 look.

The interior received a number of M Sport / M Performance parts, including the steering wheel, the gear selector, the dashboard and the floor mats.

After a bit of chip tuning, the power output of the car went up to 235 hp (175 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb×ft) of torque.
