The showroom of BMW Abu Dhabi Motors, UAE now offers an unorthodox repaint of the BMW M3 sports sedan its employees couldn’t help dubbing “lil’ froggy”.
The car wears an uplifting, feel-good light green bodypaint and has many of its smaller parts colored to match, including the dashboard and the interior stitching. This has already caused some excited comment on the Internet, with phrases like “only a frog could love it” being used for description.
It’s not that bad at all, if you think about it. Internationally, they ship BMW M3 in white, silver, grey, black, blue, orange, and yellow colors. The new tint, which is called Verde Mantis, is actually pretty unique and only available as part of the BMW Individual car customization program.
You’d think a performance upgrade would be nice, but the BMW M3 Verde Mantis has none to offer. The hood compartment of the new car still holds on to its old 3-liter twin-turbo engine with a 431 hp / 550 Nm output.
