German tuner PureBoost has released a video from the dyno tests of a manual BME M3 (G80). The sedan received a trio of boost options designed for different types of fuel.
The Stage 1 upgrade focuses on a software update that enables the car to burn ON 102 gasoline more efficiently. As a result, it produces up to 660 PS (651 hp / 485 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. You can still pour in ON 98 or ON 95 gas, but the performance boost will be smaller.
Stage 2 is even more impressive at 740 PS (730 hp / 544 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque. It adds a new exhaust system and a catless downpipe. Finally, a kit called Stage 2+ maxes the engine out at 791 PS (780 hp / 582 kW) and 953 Nm (703 lb-ft) of torque, but requires tanking with a mixture of gasoline and ethanol (e25 or similar).
