BMW announced the M3 Touring wagon in August 2020, pointing out that the development only just began. Not long ago, it published some photos of the car being tested on a frozen lake in Sweden, and now, we have a video as well.
The M3 Touring can be seen driven along a snowy test track and then hitting the road and going with the traffic. It has a rather long roof and a characteristic six-pot turbo engine sound. The engine is not secret, though: it is a 3.0-liter inline-six twin-turbo rated at 510 PS (503 hp / 375 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque.
BMW remains tight-lipped about the launch day, but you can bet that it is already scheduled for later this year.
