The latest all-electric BMW M3 hatchback has risen quite a stir, causing many to forget its ICE counterpart. A tuning atelier has recently tried to remedy the situation somewhat by releasing an upgrade kit for the gasoline-powered BMW M3 E46.
The Bavarian vehicle received the Pandem Rocketbunny E46 widebody kit consisting of a rear spoiler, a front lip and other fiberglass-reinforced plastic components. The entire package costs U.S. $2,700.
Other available options include an engine performance upgrade, a new exhaust system, new suspension, air intakes and some other things. However, the redesign has already drawn some criticism from M series fans: with its deep-dish wheels, impractically low suspension and huge fenders, it looks somewhat clumsy compared to the stock model.
