BMW M4 spied testing yet again

The new BMW M4 Coupe will be revealed in a few weeks at most, but in the meantime, sightings continue in Munich, Germany. The latest pics reveal that the car is still cladded, but with more details exposed than before.

To recap: the test mule wrap still covers both ends, the mirrors, the side skirts and the roof. Notable parts that you can discern include the huge “nostril grille”, large air intakes in the front bumpers, LED headlights with new patterns, and a quad-pipe exhaust system.

It is official that both the M3 and M4 are receiving the same inline-six engine turbocharged to 480 hp (358 kW) for the former model and 510 hp (380 kW) for the latter. Customers get to choose between 6-G manual and 8-G automatic, as well as between RWD and AWD.

The production starts in November, but the shipments will not be made until next year. The M4 Convertible should follow later on, accompanied by the high-performance CS and CSL versions.
