The F82-gen BMW M4 Coupe has a particularly exclusive and track-focused version called the GTS, and one such monster made it to G-Power for some further track preparation. Here’s what ensued.
Straight from the factory, the car has a 3.0-liter inline-six engine with water injection and 493 PS (486 hp / 363 kW) at the crank. Once it receives a new exhaust system and control software tweaks from G-Power, it starts producing just under 565 PS (557 hp / 416 kW) at the wheels. The torque makes a similar leap from 600 to 720 Newton-meters (443 to 531 pound-feet).
In the video published by G-Power, the car is tested on the dyno stand. The actual track performance remains to be seen, but the tuner claims that the mods remove the speed limiter from 305 km/h (189.5 mph), so it can go all the way to 330 km/h (205 mph) given the right conditions.
Those wishing to maximize their racing potential can ask G-Power for lightweight forged wheels from Hurricane RR and RS collections, as well as some other high-end components.
