Manhart squeezes 635 PS out of the new BMW M4

A couple of months ago, the tuner team over at Manhart introduced us to the hardcore MH4 GTR tune-up targeting the BMW M4 (G82). Now, it has released a more well-rounded package for the Bavarian coupe.

Dubbed the MH4 600, it incorporates an external control module raising the output of the stock 3.0-liter six-cylinder TT to a remarkable 635 PS (626 hp / 467 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. Upgraded like this, the car sprints 0-200 km/h (0-124 mph) in 10.5 seconds.

Other options for those interested in a bit more customization include a stainless-steel exhaust system you can order with racing-grade downpipes and (optional) catalytic converters. The particle filter can be deleted as well, and four 100mm (4-inch) large ceramic exhaust finishers can be installed.

On the outside, the MH 600 is easily recognizable as a Manhart project thanks to its black-and-pale-gold color scheme, a pronounced carbon-fiber splitter and long side skirts. The radiator grille and the rear diffuser also boast a carbon look. Rounding off the exterior are Styling 1000 M forged rims installed in 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear. These come straight from the M Performance list, though, rather than off an aftermarket vendor shelf.
