BMW Abu Dhabi is currently offering a unique BMW M5 Competition Austin Yellow for sale. The car quite obviously targets the most sophisticated buyer – after all, most of us would gladly settle for a humble BMW 520i or, failing that, an altogether not-as-humble M5 Competition.
Compared to the ‘generic’ M5, the super-sedan sports a magnificent Austin Yellow Metallic paintjob, a carbon rear wing by AC Schnitzer and a custom Akrapovic exhaust system. The latter still hides behind stock exhaust tips and is therefore only recognizable by its sound.
The mass-produced BMW M5 Competition comes equipped with a twin-turbo V8 engine rated at 617 hp (460 kW) and costs U.S. $110,000 in base. We don’t have a clue about just how more expensive this custom example could be.
