BMW keeps actively expanding its electric vehicle offer, and the iX1 is next in the queue. Here is what you should know.
It is a compact battery SUV with plenty of interior space and range. Specifically, the manufacturer promises between 413 and 438 kilometers (256 – 272 miles) of WLTP-rated range.
Based on the teaser pics, the newcomer will be styled close to its senior model, the iX3, while also bearing such signature BMW electric car traits as blue body accents and fake (solid) radiator grille.
It is official that the iX1 will debut after the next-gen X1 comes out with a PHEV powertrain option.
