BMW used to offer its X2 SUV in three trim levels featuring different body kit parts and wheels: Standard, M Sport, and M Sport X. A fourth version named M Mesh Edition is now available in select countries in Europe.
Exterior highlights include a new paintjob, a mesh grille, glossy black body kit parts, a modified version of the M Sport X front bumper, dark exhaust finishers, and bi-color wheels sized 19” across.
The cabin has sport seats adorned with grey stitching, aluminum details, running boards with the word ‘Edition’ on them, and a black ceiling. 20-inch wheels, LED Matric headlights and panoramic sunroof are listed under options.
Things stay stock under the hood; buyers can choose from all X2 powertrains currently available, including hybrid.
Pre-orders in Germany start at €41,700, a sizeable premium over the €34,450 base price. Shipments will begin in early spring.
