The upcoming BMW X4 M went out on a test drive not long ago. In case you missed the spy photos, here are some that should give you an idea about its exterior styling.
The narrow-slit headlights seem to be the single most noticeable new detail, followed by the redesigned lower front fascia, radiator grille and side deflectors. The rear bumper, brake lights and exhaust tips have likewise been retouched.
The cabin remains a mystery, but a larger multimedia display is high on our expectation list, as is the iDrive system built into the center console.
The facelifted X4 M should hold on to its old three-liter, twin-turbo six-cylinder rated at 473 PS (466 hp / 348 kW). The Competition spec ups the ante to 503 PS (496 hp / 370 kW).
The launch remains penciled in for 2021.
