New BMW X5 to take advantage of M Performance Parts

Good news for all owners of the latest-gen BMW X5: the model will soon get its own assortment of paid options called M Performance Parts. The offer will include purely aesthetic upgrades alongside more practical ones.

The list of items to expect covers carbon-fiber mirror caps, various body decals, a front bumper-mounted spoiler, a rear diffusor, new air intakes, several wheel sets (20-inch off-road, 22-inch performance etc.), as well as new brakes with red calipers. Some of the above components are being made available for the first time.

The interior of the car will benefit from leather/Alcantara combination upholstery, an M Performance steering wheel, stainless-steel pedal pads, and M-branded floor mats.

All BMW X5 Performance Parts will go on sale in March 2019.
