BMW X5 M gets a few engine upgrades from G-POWER

The tuning atelier G-POWER has unveiled three engine boost options for the sports version of the BMW X5 off-roader.

The first upgrade stage should increase engine output to 650 horsepower. The second one takes it further up to 700 hp, and the third one – the ultimate one – to whopping 750 hp. It should be taken into account, however, that the car becomes 23 kilograms (~50 lbs) lighter as a result of the upgrade – mainly since the stock exhaust system gets replaced with one made of titanium. Apart from weight reduction, the new exhaust pipework lends the BMW X5 M a wonderful new “voice”.

Owners of the SUV may consider installing an optional TYPHOON Widebody carbon fiber aerodynamic kit which makes the car considerably larger but does not affect the weight much. This option is priced at €16,500.

Last but not least, the car gets a set of brand new 23-inch Hurricane RR wheels to celebrate its new appearance.
