Poland-based interior customizer Carlex Design took things beyond its usual scope of operation with this BMW X6 M, overhauling its exterior along with the cabin to make a fashion statement.
The dark blue SUV received a carbon-fiber body kit that incorporated such essentials as a front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser along with a host of smaller parts, like the frames around the air intakes and the radiator grille. Bright orange accents were then applied for sharp contrast.
Even more orange can be found in the interior, and the company claims the tint originates from the Lamborghini palette. Everything including the seats, the center console and tunnel, the wheel and much of the dashboard has been wrapped in orange leather. Strategically placed black accents keep things in check by “calming down” what could otherwise be a highly oversaturated design.
Powering the 6-Series M SUV is its usual twin-turbo V8 capable of 625 PS (617 hp / 460 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque.
