Our editors were able to procure the latest spy shots of the mid-facelift BMW X7 crossover. The first thing that catches the eye is the unusual headlights that sit lower than before and sport a rather uncharacteristic shape.
The photos also reveal that the headlights are not adjacent with the hood cover, indicating that the lights at the front are arranged in a two-tier fashion.
The new BMW X7 – which is due out next year – seems to hold onto its enormous nostril grille. Bumpers at both sides appear unchanged, as do the taillights.
Rumor has it that the SUV will be trading its 3.0-liter quad-turbo V6 diesel for a more cost-efficient plug-in hybrid version.
