World’s fastest Bugatti Chiron can be yours for €4,7M

One of the thirty Chiron Super Sport 300+ hypercars planned for release is currently up for sale for ‘just’ €4.68 million.

The Super Sport+ is a special edition of the Bugatti Chiron that managed to accelerate to 490.484 kilometers per hour (304.8 mph) in September, officially becoming the world’s fastest production vehicle. The entire series of 30 vehicles has been sold out in pre-orders, and the only way to buy a car like this right now is to wait for someone to drop out of the queue and react quickly. By the way, the abovementioned selling price is €1 million above what Bugatti asked for originally.

Powering the series is a modified 8.0 Bugatti W16 engine pumping out 1,600 hp (1,193 kW). Each unique hypercar boasts magnesium-alloy wheels, tires reinforced with carbon fiber, an elongated rear end, and a reshaped front bumper.

The regular Chiron produces 1,500 hp (1,119 kW) along with 1,600 Nm (1,180 lb-ft) of toque, which enables it to accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.5 seconds and max out at 420 km/h (261 mph). Compared to the specimen above, it costs ‘only’ €2.4 million.
