The cardboard monstrosity you see here is actually just a seriously budget-conscious attempt on behalf of a Vietnamese car mechanic to recreate the iconic Bugatti Chiron.
Judging by the video, the car lacks any kind of actual internal combustion engine, but can still move thanks to being based on some kind of bike or rickshaw. The ‘carton-fiber’ bodywork wraps a custom space frame rather nicely for what is obviously a mock-up made just for fun.
Apparently, the Vietnam-based car shop has other paper replicas of supercars in its portfolio. The author of the video admits that he is doing it because it costs next to nothing and takes little time, compared to the more serious tuning projects.
There is also no denying that the Chiron replica does a good job copying its source of inspiration, whether in the area of the multi-segment highlights, the recessed sides, or the horseshoe-shaped front grille. Let’s just hope it doesn’t get under rain…
