German Autobahns are famous worldwide thanks to often having no speed limits at all, but few would have the guts to drive a hypercar to 414 km/h (257 mph) on one.
Radim Passer, 58, the author of this exciting video, managed to take a Veyron to 402 km/h (250 mph) back in 2015, and is now back with a vengeance piloting a Chiron.
The businessman chose early morning (4:50 AM) for his record-breaking drive to minimize the risk of collision with the traffic. He ended up surpassing his previous record and setting a new high for the stock Chiron model. Be sure to witness it with your own eyes!
As you may know, the French automaker had stressed multiple times that the hypercar could go much faster given the right conditions. For instance, the Super Sport 300+ version can hit 440 km/h (273.4 mph). Andy Wallace, test pilot, used to say that 490 km/h (304.5 mph) was also possible with some preparations.
