Low-mileage Bugatti Veyron goes on sale in the USA

A 2010 Bugatti Veyron in excellent condition with 818 km (508 miles) on it is being traded on auction right now with the bidding at $1,150,000 and counting. There is still time, though, and we’ve seen other examples go for more.

The hypercar is a base spec, one out of 252 such coupes made and one out of 76 exported into the United States. It is finished in black and Titanium Grey with a cabin trimmed with black and red leather.

Pre-sale maintenance performed on the car had its battery swapped out, bi-color alloy wheels polished and $40,000 Michelin tire set replaced. The seller claims all the documents are included in the sale.

Power originates in an eight-liter, quad-turbo W16 engine rated at 1,015 PS (1,001 hp / 747 kW) and reaches both axles through a preselector DCT. The top speed exceeds 408 km/h (253 mph), so those carbon-ceramic brakes with titanium calipers aren’t just for show.
