Denza N7 scoops nearly 5,400 reservations within 6 hours from premiere

The Denza N7 was officially announced in March this year, but the pre-order books only flipped open at the Shanghai Auto Show. The carmaker has now reported registering 5,367 orders from customers within six hours.

In case you missed it, the N7 is a coupe-like crossover SUV that’s 4,860 mm (15.95 feet) long with 2,940 mm (9.65 feet) between the axles. It runs exclusively on electric power and has a battery integrated into its load-bearing frame. Buyers can choose between 61 and 82 kilowatt-hours, but the respective ranges haven’t been announced yet.

The base spec uses a single electric motor and has 313 PS (309 hp / 230 kW). The top spec adds another motor and gets 530 PS (523 hp / 390 kW) out of them.

All prices remain unknown.
