Cadillac has introduced the Sport Package for its XT5 SUV at the annual Chicago Auto Show. The new option pack will arrive this spring priced at U.S. $1,995 and above, and will only be compatible with the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims.
Once upgraded, the car gains a set of 20-inch rims with an original finish, a blacked-out radiator grille, stylish see-through light housings and LED headlights.
Owners of the fully loaded Cadillac XT5 may also opt for decorative aluminum inserts and new interior trim options.
Like before, the car comes powered by a 3.6 V6 gasoline unit pumping out 315 hp (235 kW). It links to an 8-speed automatic transmission and an optional 4WD.
On a related note, Cadillac is currently working on a facelift of the XT5 series. If the early spy photos are any indication, the car gets new bumpers and an Escala Concept-inspired radiator grille.
