Michigan-based auto workshop ZZPerformance has developed an extensive upgrade for the Cadillac ATS that renders it stronger than even the V version with its two extra cylinders and almost twice the displacement room.
The package includes the tuner’s proprietary turbocharger upgrade called Z57, an ECU tune aiming at achieving higher boost pressure, and an ethanol injection system. Once properly installed, it results in astounding 511 hp (381 kW) and 668 Nm (493 lb-ft) measured at the wheels. To put things into perspective, the ATS-V only gets 464 hp (346 kW) along with 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque out of its 3.6-liter inline-six engine.
