2024 Cadillac CT5 previewed in Detroit

Cadillac has unveiled the facelifted CT5 sedan at the ongoing Detroit show. The exterior stayed largely the same except for the headlights, which are now once again vertical instead of horizontal.

A closer look reveals a slightly retouched front bumper and radiator grille. In its sportier versions, the saloon gets a fine black mesh for the grille that lends it an extra dose of visual aggression. The rear end stays untouched, though.

The biggest change on the inside is a single 33-inch display incorporating a gauge cluster and an infotainment screen. According to Cadillac, all of its future cars will gradually switch to using these screens as standard. As for the electronic assist features, the list has expanded quite a bit, and the buyers can now opt for Super Cruise autopilot.

The engine bay remains as is. You can still choose from a four-cylinder turbo rated at 240 PS (237 hp / 177 kW) and a V6 TT good for 340 PS (335 hp / 250 kW).
