One has to admit, performance wagons certainly do have their own kind of appeal. The Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon in particular is a very neat example, what with its 560 hp / 418 kW at the crank. But there is no pleasing some drivers.
An enthusiast who wanted to turn his Caddy into the ultimate drag race king ended up outfitting it with a humongous rear-mounted turbocharger. We are not going to discuss the viability or economic sense of this design decision, nor are we going to lament the rapid degradation of the stock 6.2-liter V8 after the upgrade. What matters is that the family hauler now pumps out insane 1,700 horsepower (1,268 kilowatts) and can accelerate beyond 200 miles per hour (322 km/h) doing a half-mile run!
