Check out the world’s longest car

This 1976 Cadillac Eldorado was sent in for a complete restoration back in 2020, and it is now finally complete. The world’s longest stretch limo looks better than ever, and… Is it just us, or has it somehow grown even longer?

The restoration project involved a complete body and cabin makeover, an engine rebuild, and the restoration of all on-board facilities including a swimming pool, a mini-golf course, and a hot tub. According to the Guinness Book of Records, the maintenance works alone cost around $250,000 USD including shipment fees.

The car, which is known under the name of American Dream, is now more than 30 meters (100 feet) long, rides on 26 wheels and has room inside for 75 people. The whole is being propelled forward by a pair of V8 engines. Aside from the things mentioned above, the American Dream has a water bed on board, a billiards table and a fully functional helicopter pad.

Although technically fit for driving on public roads, the iconic stretch limo is destined to become an exhibit in the Dezerland Park Museum near Orlando, Florida.
