Car spotters have obtained another portion of photos showing the brand-new Cadillac Escalade. This is the first time we’re seeing the interior.
Based on the pics, the SUV has a redesigned center tunnel, center console, and multimedia system. The latter now has two landscape-oriented displays spanning as far as the instrument panel. One of the screens provides the multimedia interface, while the other displays status info from various sensors. Overall, the layout looks not unlike that of the latest Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Other noteworthy features include a deluxe trim that involves natural wood and piano lacquer, as well as silvery accents. The gear selector is also original, and, as Cadillac said earlier, it would later become standard for all vehicles released by the marque.
The 2020 Cadillac Escalade, which its creators say has been redesigned from the ground up, should celebrate its launch early next year. Aside from the standard version, an EV with 400 miles (650 km) of range and a turbocharged performance SUV will be made available.
