The current generation of the Cadillac Escalade is instantly recognizable in traffic thanks to its boxy looks, a bulky MPV-like body and a massive, flat nose. If you think taking this aesthetic any further is impossible, Larte Design here wants to prove you wrong.
The tuner from Germany now has a body kit on offer for the big American, called the Esthete. Included are a carbon-fiber front splitter complete with integrated fog lights, a vented hood for improved engine cooling, surprisingly tame wheel arches, a rear spoiler, a diffuser and a tailgate overlay. Also on the list are carbon side mirror housings, custom exhaust finishers, 24-inch forged wheels and a slew of LD logos.
According to Larte, the kit takes several hours to fit and avoids permanent modification of the car body, meaning the warranty should stay intact. And if you find the design too reserved for your tastes, you may always opt for colorful LED strips as shown in the attached video – as long as you don’t mind turning a presentable SUV into a goofy carnival ride, of course.
