Changan CS75 Plus teased with white leather, dual displays

Changan has shared a few pics of the upcoming Plus version of its CS75 crossover. Based on them, the car is going to get the same improvements as the Changan Uni range of vehicles, including dual displays, an upmarket cabin trim and an aggressive exterior.

The dimensions, platform and drivetrain choices should remain largely the same, though. The photos reveal a pair of 12.3-inch screens merged into one panel in the same manner as on the Changan Uni-T. There is a three-spoke steering wheel, a revised dashboard and a different gear lever. The drive mode selector knob was borrowed from the marque’s most deluxe models.

Customers will be able to choose from three available color schemes for the interior, including black and grey, black and red, and white and blue.

At 4.7 meters long with 2.71 meters of wheelbase, the car is only 10 mm (0.4”) longer than the pre-facelift variant. Nothing is being revealed about the engines, but we expect the CS75 Plus to ship with the usual CS75 fare, including a 1.5-liter turbo rated at 178 PS (175 hp / 130 kW) and a 2.0-liter turbo-four capable of 232 PS (229 hp / 171 kW).

Manual transmission should become history: the entry spec will likely ship with a six-speed A/T on board, and the top spec will take advantage of an eight-speed box.

Availability dates and pricing in China are pending.
