Chinese automaker Changan announced the release of the new Raeton sedan. Interesting is the fact that the company already has a car of this class and with the same name, but the novelty differs from it by the prefix SS. What else differences can be found?
To begin with, Changan Raeton CC is assembled on a completely new platform, resulting in a slightly smaller car. Under the hood of the novelty is a turbocharged one-and-a-half-gasoline unit with a capacity of 156 hp. The choice is offered by a manual transmission or "automatic". By the way, stock Changan Raeton can be bought with "atmospheric" 2.0 and turbo engine 1.8, giving out 158 and 177 hp. respectively.
Speaking of the exterior, we can note the new LED optics, and in the cabin seen a large amount of leather, a digital instrument panel, a multimedia system with a touchscreen, as well as a camera of a circular view. Optionally, options such as an exit warning system, cruise control with a speed limiter and tire pressure monitoring system can be purchased additionally.
The sale of Raeton CC will come in December, but it is not yet clear whether the car will be available in the markets of other countries.
