The Chinese have published images of their brand
new car of the now popular SUV segment. According to unofficial data, the car
can get the serial title Chery Tiggo 9, but for now the concept of the
crossover is the internal M31T index.
According to the available sketches, the appearance of
the novelty will be largely fulfilled in the style of the conceptual model of
the Tiggo Sport Coupe, presented in the spring at the motor show in Shanghai.
Most likely, under the hood of the car there will be
turbo engines with a working volume of 1.5 and 1.6 liters, their performance
will be 190 and 217 horsepower respectively. They will work with seven-band
robotic transmission, with two clutches. The crossover drive will, presumably,
be four wheels.
In China, the start of sales of a new Chery car is
expected next year. Then the novelty will go to conquer the European market.
The public premiere of the new flagship all-terrain
vehicle Chery will be held within the framework of the Frankfurt Motor Show.
