Chery has posted the first pics previewing its crossover SUV so far called the X-C. The camouflage is omnipresent, yet some guesses can be made.
AutoHome.cn believes that Chery will debut its updated brand identity along with the car, which it will launch in the second half of 2022. In the meantime, the SUV sports an impressive front end with unusually slim headlights and sharp outlines. The shoulder line rises towards the tailgate, and the c-pillars are wider than you would expect. A few integrated spoilers seem to be present as well.
All technical details remain to be revealed. Earlier rumors held that the model would be simply a coupe-shaped Tiggo 4 wth the same tech, but later evidence points to the contrary. AutoHome in particular believes it will be a standalone production car with 1.6- and 2.0-liter turbocharged engines to choose from.
