The Chinese automaker Chery will arrive to the Beijing Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2018) starting on April 25, 2018, with its brand-new Tiggo 8 flagship SUV. According to the latest official announcement, the car will go on sale with prices ranging from 100,000 to 141,000 Chinese Yuan.
The company also provided some additional details concerning the impending release. It turns out that the new Chery Tiggo 8 is the largest SUV in the entire Chery lineup so far. Buyers will be given a choice between five- and seven-seat models. Regardless of the trim level, the big off-roader will invariably ship with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine on board, good for 147 hp (110 kW) and 210 Nm (155 lb·ft) of torque.
The base specification includes LED lights, an all-around view camera, an up-to-date infotainment system, a set of stylish 18” wheels and a number of other nice features for a safe and pleasant ride.
